Logistics and Inventory Coordinator primary tasks:
Develop and execute strategies to enhance inventory management and logistics, ensuring efficient material flow for timely production support. Oversee inventory accuracy through regular audits and stock level management, collaborating with cross-functional teams to align warehouse activities with business needs. Train and guide warehouse staff, ensuring a safe and compliant work environment. Monitor KPIs to evaluate operational efficiency and analyze data to identify areas for improvement in inventory and logistics processes.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, logistics, business administration, or a related field, with at least 5 years of experience in logistics, inventory management, and fleet operations, preferably in a manufacturing setting.
- Proficient in inventory management systems, warehouse management software, and ERP systems, with excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving skills, and a proactive approach to improving efficiency and managing logistics challenges.
