Role/Responsibilities
- Should be having 18+ years of experience
- Should have good Retail domain understanding
- Should have prior experience of managing 400+ FTE programs in ISD Head role
- To ensure that account fulfils all contractual commitments
- To drive relationship with the customer and other internal stakeholders.
- To partner with Account management teams for business growth planning
- To ensure Delivery Governance through creating a facilitative operating environment
- To leverage practice propositions and initiatives to add value to the client
- To lead the business review meeting with the customer and to ensure that customer visits by the client result in generation of additional business for HCL
Qualifications & Experience
- Strong Delivery Head coming from Retail background with experience managing Application & Infrastructure (Ideally coming from Consumer Goods background.
- Application support 70%
- Infrastructure support 30%
- Experience with Digital Transformation
- Delivery Head time will be spent dealing 50% of the time Driving Growth
- Delivery Head time will be spent dealing 50% of the time Managing Delivery.
- Must have Client Facing experience dealing with CIO, SVP, CXO, Leadership maintaining, building, growing relationships.
- Have experience with P&L at least 20 million to 40 million and above.
- Experience dealing with Team size of 200 BPO, 300 Infrastructure, 200 Applications.
Pay Range in Nashville, TN
Base Salary: $210k to $250k
In addition, this position qualifies for benefits like health insurance, paid time off (PTO), 401(K). Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, education, and/or to comply with federal or state law.
