Job Title: Scanner Admin Assistant
Location: Georgetown, DE

Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support office operations. The ideal candidate will manage various organizational and communication tasks, working independently and prioritizing tasks with minimal supervision.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors professionally
- Answer and direct phone calls courteously and efficiently
- Manage and organize office documents, files, and records
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars
- Coordinate meetings and conferences, including bookings, equipment setup, and catering
- Sort and prepare medical records, analyze documents for destination, and ensure quality in scanned reproduction
- Perform quality checks on scanned documents using extensive knowledge of medical record forms
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other documents
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including mail and email
- Perform data entry and maintain databases accurately
- Assist with travel arrangements and accommodations for staff
- Order office supplies and maintain inventory levels
- Assist in the onboarding process for new employees
- Support special projects and events as assigned
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a relevant role
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualification as an Administrative Assistant or Secretary is a plus
