Position Overview

The Center for Land-Based Learning is seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Carbon Farm Manager to lead the implementation and expansion of the Maples Carbon Farm Plan. The ideal candidate will work collaboratively with multiple other program leads to plan for and manage the farm operations focusing on soil health, regenerative agriculture, and sustainable land and pest management practices to ensure the farm meets its carbon reduction goals.

Key Responsibilities

1. Implement and expand the Maples Carbon Farm Plan.
2. Collaborate with multiple program leads.

5. Build partnerships with various stakeholders in the region.

Position Details

This position is full-time (average 40 hours/week) and works from Woodland, CA, with occasional overnight travel across CA. Attendance at weekend events may also be needed at times.
