Role Summary:

Seeking contractor support for a 12-month engagement to develop training content and coordinate training services. The project focuses on enhancing Operations training by creating materials and managing a pre-commission onboarding program.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Training Content Development:
  • Create online modules (e-learning, video tutorials, quizzes) and instructor-led materials (slides, guides, workbooks, hands-on activities).
  • Ensure alignment with adult learning principles and best practices.
  • Collaborate with SMEs to gather and validate content.
  • Training Coordination:
  • Establish training schedules for online and in-person sessions.
  • Manage logistics, participant registrations, and attendance tracking.
  • Provide regular reports on training progress and outcomes.
  • Quality Assurance & Evaluation:
  • Implement quality assurance processes for training materials.
  • Develop evaluation tools to measure program effectiveness.
  • Analyze feedback and recommend improvements.

Requirements:

  • Basic:
  • 5+ years corporate training experience.
  • Experience in energy required, LNG preferred.
  • Familiarity with training evaluation methodologies.
  • Strong project management and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in e-learning tools and learning management systems.
  • Experience in instructional design and adult learning principles.
