Responsibilities:
- Engage with potential leads proactively to boost sales opportunities.
- Provide personalized consultations to understand the needs of both buyers and sellers and facilitate successful transactions.

- Demonstrate a deep understanding of the local community to address inquiries about properties and the neighborhood.
- Draft well-crafted purchase offers for buyers to streamline the closing process.
Qualifications:
- In the process of obtaining or having recently acquired a real estate license in California.
- Displaying a strong desire for knowledge and growth in the real estate industry.
- Possessing excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
Compensation: $80,000 - $190,000 yearly
