Established Italian Gold Coast restaurant seeking experienced line cook 25-40 hours per week. Must be able to work evenings and weekends including Sundays.
Responsibilities:
• Prepare and cook menu items following recipes and quality standards.
• Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen.

Requirements:
• Previous experience as a line cook, preferably minimum 5 years
• Flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
• Food handler's certification is a plus.
