Job Requirements / Description

LHH is seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Specialist to support our clients invoicing and collections processes. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate records, ensuring timely payments, and building strong relationships with clients.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Process and record all incoming payments accurately and timely.
  • Generate and send out invoices and account statements.
  • Follow up on outstanding invoices and communicate with clients regarding payment issues.
  • Reconcile accounts and prepare reports on receivables.
  • Collaborate with the finance team to manage cash flow and forecast future revenues.
  • Assist in month-end and year-end closing processes.
  • Maintain up-to-date customer records and documentation.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field preferred.
  • Proven experience as an Accounts Receivable Specialist or similar role.
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
Pay Details: $21.00 to $23.00 per hour
