ID Physician needed in Montgomery, Alabama.

• BC Infectious Disease physician is needed to provide both inpatient and outpatient services.
• Physicians are expected to work 40 hours per week Monday - Friday with no weekend responsibility.
• Physician will be an employee of Hospital with a competitive base salary and opportunity for quarterly RVU based production bonuses.
• First year guarantee salary. Benefits include 15 days of paid leave, five recognized holidays, and five CME days with $3,000 allowance per year.
• Individual health insurance, life, and disability provided with family coverage and dental optional. Hospital-sponsored 403(b) retirement plan with partial match.
• Opportunity for Income Guarantee arrangement in lieu of employment is available as well.

Expectations:

• Expectation is for physician to spend 80% of time providing inpatient consultative services, 15% in the office setting for post hospital follow up visits and 5% in hospital committees.
