Our well-known beauty client is seeking a CRM Manager to support the Designer Beauty Fragrance brands.This is a 40 hr / week, hybrid assignment that requires being onsite in NYC 3 days a week.CRM Manager Responsibilities:- Accountable for developing consumer-centric activation strategies powered by data that create consumer connections, drive profitable revenue- Support the development of brand owned data channels. and acquire, retain and loyalize consumers across all touchpoints of the lifecycle- Collaborate with media teams, external CRM vendors, and marketers to deliver data-driven activations that support key brand initiatives and priorities that power the direct-to-consumer eCommerce channel.- Development and execution of robust consumer analytics, reports and analysis to inform and drive all touchpoints of the consumer lifecycle with the agility in adapting the right KPIs and insights- Present regular updates via presentations, recaps etc. that combine data-driven insights with actionable tactics that contribute to business goals- Lead and define loyalty program strategies that drive customer engagement, retention and lifetime value- Develop an A/B Testing cadence and roadmap to optimize and evolve the consumer experience across key CRM tactics- Serve as technical expert for marketing technology including Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Google Analytics and other CRM platform techCRM Manager Requirements:- 8-10 years in a direct-to-consumer CRM role- Experience in a direct-to-consumer business required.- Experience developing or running a brand loyalty program- Related work experience which demonstrates an understanding of and skill in the confluence of brand management and direct-to-consumer marketing principles- Expert knowledge and skill with data, data management, data activation and analytics, particularly as it relates to CRM and consumer data- Demonstrated strength in communication and influencing skills; not only written and verbal, but also in the engagement of internal and external business partners- Ability effectively analyze and translate data into actionable business plans- Highly collaborative across different stakeholders in a matrixed environment- Strong prioritization and problem solving skills- Open to new ideas with thirst for innovation- Self-motivated, results and solution oriented, strategic thinkerCreative Circle's Freelance Employee benefits package includes eligibility for Minimum Essential Coverage (MEC) medical plan, dental/vision/term life package, discount prescription program, critical illness, accident, tele-behavioral health, and 401(k) plan.
