Job Requirements / Description

Primary Responsibilities

  1. As part of the monthly S&OP process, consistently and proactively interact with sales and e-commerce teams to develop sales and capacity forecasts (by customer and SKU).
  2. Collect data from internal and external sources to help model future forecast demand.
  3. Evaluate trends and quantify the impact of promotional and marketing activities to assist with demand forecast.
  4. Analyze, reconcile, and communicate performance of actual sales vs retail and e-commerce forecasts.
  5. Properly allocate inventory across the company’s partner locations.
  6. Analyze and improve allocation methods across the distribution network based on sales depletion by location.
  7. Other projects and assignments as they come up.

Primary Qualifications

  1. Experience utilizing ERP systems (Netsuite is a plus).
  2. Strong Excel skills are required, including data modeling.
  3. Strong problem-solving skills, proactively ask for help when necessary.
  4. Understanding of sourcing, production, and inventory management.
  5. Thrives in a high-paced environment.
  6. Able to coordinate, respectfully challenge assumptions, and communicate timely with multiple departments.
  7. Willing to get your hands dirty - we’ve spent hours packing boxes and moving stuff around ourselves.
