Job Title: Accounts Receivable (Loan Servicing Representative 1)
Location: Irving, TX 109528 Hybrid (must be in office Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday)
Duration: 9 Months + High possibility of extension
Payrate: $18-18:50/hr. on W2.
Job Description:
In this contingent resource assignment, you may: Support Loan Servicing; seek ways to improve individual work processes within established procedures. Perform routine transactional support tasks. Regularly receive direction from supervisor and escalate questions and issues. Interact with client personnel on basic information.
Required Qualifications: 6+ months of Loan Servicing support experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work or consulting experience, training, military experience, education.
PROJECT SUMMERY
This contractor will be supporting the invoice level operations team which handles factoring business and the collateral of outstanding loans.
- This individual will be assisting with coverage while a full-time employee is on long-term leave.
DUTIES

• Researching invoices to ensure they have been cleared or if payments have been sent out
• Processing refunds
• Performing invoice mapping and charge backs
• Processing returns checks and unidentified payments.
• Covering shared services mailboxes

TOP SKILLS

• Accounts Receivable (A/R) experience
• Experience with Account reconciliation - (I.E., researching invoices have been cleared, checking if payments have been sent out, processing refunds, performing invoice charge backs)
• Intermediate skills in MS Excel (pivot tables & VLOOKUP's)

MS Outlook - ability to assist with covering shared mailbox
