Join the fun at Peppa Pig Theme Park - Dallas Fort Worth, where twelve attractions, including rides, themed play areas, and live shows, bring Peppa's world to life! As part of our Puddle Jumpers team, you'll help families create their first unforgettable theme park memories.
In this role, you'll assist the marketing team in crafting and executing exciting local and regional campaigns-from social media content to special events-while supporting Peppa Pig's neighboring attractions like LEGOLAND Discovery Center and Sea Life. What You'll Do:
  • Support and execute annual marketing plans.
  • Capture and post social media content, aligning with brand criteria.
  • Coordinate and attend special events and community activations.
  • Manage leaflet distribution, promotions, and website updates.
  • Handle press releases, maintain press relations, and track media coverage.
  • Write CRM communications for Dallas attractions.
  • Collaborate on local and regional sales promotions.
  • Network with local commerce, schools, and organizations.
  • Evaluate and analyze promotions for effectiveness and ROI.
  • Assist in managing agencies and meeting deadlines.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications & Experience
  • A college degree in communication, marketing, or related field or equivalent experience.
  • Experience in promotions and/or marketing, specifically developing and executing promotional partnerships.
  • Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office, Photoshop, and/or video editing is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and motivational skills.
  • Proven ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and multitask, as necessary.
  • Ability to capture high-quality, creative content for socials in variety of formats.
  • Great organization skills, detail-oriented, and a self-starter.
  • Ability to work with people from all levels of discipline.
  • Openness to new learning and quickly adapt to change.
  • Basic computer skills to enter customer data with the ability to type accurately at least 25wpm.
  • Must be willing to work flexible hours, including evenings, holidays, and weekends to support site operations.
  • Position will be based at PEPPA PIG Theme Park in North Richland Hills. Must have ability to travel to Grapevine Mills Mall attractions as needed.

Pay Range
From USD $20.00/Hr.
