Position Overview:
Our client, a fast-growing PE-backed company, is seeking a Senior FP&A professional to join their team on-site in the Denver metro area. The Senior FP&A role is critical in driving financial planning, forecasting, and analysis to support strategic business decisions. This position is ideal for a finance professional who thrives in a high-growth, dynamic environment and is committed to working 100% on-site.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead financial planning and analysis activities, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
  • Build and maintain detailed financial models to support business planning and decision-making.
  • Provide in-depth analysis of financial performance, identifying trends and key business drivers.
  • Partner with business leaders to provide financial insights and support strategic initiatives.
  • Prepare and present financial reports and recommendations to executive leadership and private equity stakeholders.
  • Support M&A activity, capital planning, and other strategic financial initiatives.
  • Continuously improve financial processes, systems, and reporting to enhance accuracy and efficiency.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
  • Extensive experience in financial planning and analysis, ideally within a PE-backed or high-growth company.
  • Strong financial modeling, analytical, and forecasting skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence senior management.
  • Proficiency in financial software, ERP systems, and advanced Excel skills.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
Compensation and Benefits:
  • Base salary ranging from $115,000 to $130,000 per year, depending on experience.
