The Segmentation & Guest Analytics Manager will be responsible for CRM and database management, configuration and integrations. Reporting to the Director, Customer Relationship Management, you will work with various stakeholders and cross-functional teams to develop and execute strategies in segmentation, data management, loyalty, and personalization to drive growth, engagement and brand advocacy across Outrigger's customer base. This role will be responsible for leading a data-centric CRM segmentation strategy, profile management best practices, and serve as the CRM data platform manager for our guest and loyalty databases, and business relationships. You will assist with management and implementation of technical design and integration for our CRM & CDP pipeline and profile enrichments.
Minimum Requirements
College degree or at least three years' experience in a related field required. Must have a strong technical knowledge of data architecture, CRM, CDP, analytics platforms. Deep understanding of CRM, loyalty, segmentation, data governance and analytics. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is required. Must be a collaborative individual with a high level of teamwork with both existing and ad hoc teams focused on a common goal. Required to have experience managing projects.
