Job Summary :

As a Sales Engineer , you will serve as the critical link between our sales and technical teams, blending technical expertise with strategic business acumen to deliver custom solutions for our clients. This role involves working closely with both technical and non-technical stakeholders to design and present tailored solutions that address complex challenges while clearly articulating our value proposition.

Key Responsibilities :

Technical Mastery :

  • Gain in-depth knowledge of our service portfolio, including IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, cloud services, and managed solutions.
  • Stay informed about the latest industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive offerings, ensuring you can confidently advise clients.

Pre-Sales Engagement :

  • Partner with sales to understand client objectives, pain points, and operational needs.
  • Assist in developing compelling technical proposals, RFP responses, and presentations that effectively convey solution value.

Solution Architecture :

  • Design tailored IT solutions that align with client requirements and future business objectives.
  • Leverage client feedback to provide recommendations for product or service enhancements.

Product Demonstrations :

  • Conduct engaging and impactful product and service demonstrations to both technical and executive audiences.
  • Communicate complex technical concepts in clear, business-oriented terms to show how our offerings solve client challenges and drive ROI.

Client Consultation & Education :

  • Act as a trusted advisor by educating clients on the advantages of our services.
  • Collaborate with clients to deeply understand their goals and recommend solutions that enhance their operations.

Technical Documentation :

  • Develop client-facing technical documentation, including technical scopes of work and comprehensive proposals.
  • Create case studies, white papers, and success stories that highlight our expertise and successful client outcomes.

Cross-Functional Collaboration :

  • Work seamlessly with the sales, operations, and support teams to ensure successful project implementation and client satisfaction.
  • Contribute to the development of sales strategies that position us competitively in the market.

Continuous Professional Growth :

  • Stay ahead of advancements in technology and continuously enhance your technical skills through certifications and training.
  • Apply industry best practices to deliver innovative and up-to-date solutions to clients.

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience.
  • 2-3 years of experience in a Sales Engineer or similar role, ideally with a Managed Service Provider, Technology Consulting, Professional Services organization.
  • Strong technical expertise in IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, cloud solutions, and managed services.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage both technical and executive-level stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively across departments to deliver seamless client experiences.
  • Customer-focused mindset with a passion for crafting high-value, solution-driven outcomes.
