We're looking for an Executive Assistant to join our team at Hypixel Studios, which collaborates remotely from around the world. Our members range from industry newcomers to experts with 25+ years of experience, sharing a common passion for building polished player-focused, community-powered games.

Based remotely in Seattle, the new Executive / Team Assistant will be responsible for managing executives’ diaries, logistics of executive meetings and remote travel; scheduling leadership interpersonal conferencing, assisting with workspace projects, and project managing initiatives laid out by our executives.

Who you are:

  • You are an excellent communicator and are passionate about working across disciplines and time zones to deliver work aligned to the studio’s goals.
  • You possess exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage expectations.
  • You have experience in project management coordination.
  • Your attention to detail is excellent.

Some of your role:

  • Managing all executive meeting schedules and appointments.
  • Assisting in the preparation of materials for meetings.
  • Accurately recording minutes from executive meetings.
  • Collaborating with the Events and Facilities team to oversee and organize executive-level company travel.
  • Managing projects based on initiatives outlined by the Executive team.
  • Opening, sorting, and distributing incoming emails and other correspondence to public inboxes.

Minimum requirements:

  • 3+ years experience as an executive assistant with coordination/project management experience.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with an emphasis on presentation abilities.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with quick and thoughtful responses.
  • Trustworthy, empathetic, tenacious, and self-motivated.
  • Capable of rapidly learning new technologies and processes independently.
  • Knowledge of game production.
  • Familiarity with digital development and internet culture.
  • Experience with GSuite/Office suite.
  • Experience working with remote teams.
  • Ready and willing to tackle any task that needs to be done.
