Remote Oracle and UKG Analyst

Our client is looking to add a Temporary, Senior HRIS Analyst with a focus in Payroll and Compensation , with direct experience in ORACLE and UKG , to their team. This is a fully remote role and a fantastic opportunity to join a growing organization within the healthcare field.
Duties:

• Act as the system administrator for UKG payroll, managing business processes, workflow, and reporting.
• Serve as the HRIS payroll subject matter expert, collaborating on projects to optimize system configuration.
• Oversee system maintenance, upgrades, and testing, ensuring minimal disruption to business processes.
• Develop and maintain reports, analyze data flows, and identify process improvement opportunities.
• Provide user support and training, ensuring data integrity and troubleshooting issues.
• Manage HRIS Compensation processes and integration with third-party systems.
  

Requirements :

• 1-3 years of HR/HRIS experience
• ORACLE and UKG systems experience required
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to drive process optimization.
• Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance (HIPPA)
