Non-Profit Tax Manager

A leading public accounting firm focused on delivering top-tier tax, accounting, and consulting services is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Non-Profit Tax Manager to join their dynamic team.
Direct Hire - Hybrid 2-3 days on site
Must Haves:

• 5+ years of relevant work experience in the tax field
• 1+ year holding a supervisory/manager level title
• In-depth knowledge of nonprofit tax regulations and a strong background in public accounting
• Possess excellent leadership skills, a commitment to client service, and a deep understanding of the unique challenges faced by nonprofit organizations
• CPA is a big plus

• Oversee the preparation and review of federal and state tax returns for nonprofit organizations, including Forms 990, 990-PF, and 990-T
• Provide strategic tax planning and consulting services to nonprofit clients, ensuring compliance with applicable tax laws and regulations
• Advise clients on tax implications of operational decisions and strategies to minimize tax liabilities
• Build and maintain strong relationships with nonprofit clients, acting as their primary point of contact for tax-related matters
