This practice has been ranked by The Legal 500 and focuses on public and private domestic and foreign business entities, as well as private clients and tax-exempt organizations.

Responsibilities:
· Handle tax matters including taxation of partnerships
· Draft and negotiate partnership operating agreements
Required Qualifications:
· 6+ years of general federal income tax experience
