Job Summary:
Capistrano Volkswagen Mazda, a premier car dealership in San Juan Capistrano, California, is seeking a driven and experienced Finance Manager to join our team. As the Finance Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring teamwork with the sales department, and delivering on loan and lease needs for all customers. This is a full-time position at a family-owned dealership, with a competitive base salary plus commission in the auto industry.

Responsibilities:
- Responsible for helping our customers arrange the financing of their purchases and presenting them with additional products that enhance their vehicle and ownership experience.
- Proficient at structuring deals for maximum profitability.
- Ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations.
- Coordinate with sales department to achieve departmental and company financial goals.
- Train and mentor sales department staff.
- Negotiate financing terms with banks and other financial institutions.
- Maintain relationships with lenders and vendors.
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience as a finance manager in the auto industry.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Experience with CDK Global a plus.
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug test.
