  • Home location within approximately 15 miles radius of specified center
  • High School diploma/GED required
  • Minimum 2 years of customer interaction or support experience
  • 3 plus years working in a call center position with certification or training
  • Proficiency in basic computer functions and Windows-based environment

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

  • 5 plus years of management experience preferred
  • Demonstrated ability to develop, manage, coach, and motivate teams
