As the IT Project Manager, you'll join our team in a role that's both flexible and impactful. Since this is a newly created position, you’ll be the sole IT Project Manager, serving as the key link in driving efficiency and streamlining processes within our team.
This role requires a creative and adaptive approach to project management. With no established PM framework currently in place, you’ll have the opportunity to work closely with the team to develop and implement our IT project management processes from the ground up. Your main focus will be on understanding our team's needs and then choosing the best tools to support their workflows— as well as understanding our internal systems, so that you can select and develop the solutions that fit best.
In addition to these projects, you will also act as a day-to-day IT manager, helping assist our staff with ongoing IT needs.
Upcoming projects include:
- Preparing for an ERP migration
- Implementing digital pick tickets in our Shipping department
- Planning for the rollout of RFID technology in our warehouse
- Streamlining the collection of payments from customers
- Implementation of new upgrades to our ecommerce platforms
We’re looking for someone with a solid understanding of IT infrastructure and support, and ideally, experience within a legal IT environment. Your expertise will be crucial as we navigate these exciting challenges and build a stronger, more efficient IT team

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Proven project management experience
