We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced In-Home Care Supervisor to join our team and make a meaningful impact in the South King County community.About the PositionAs an In-Home Care Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing our dedicated team of caregivers, ensuring the delivery of exceptional care to the clients within your assigned caseload. You will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations, coordinating care plans, and fostering a supportive and collaborative environment for both clients and caregivers.Key Duties and ResponsibilitiesSupervise and support a team of in-home caregivers, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations.Develop and implement individualized care plans tailored to meet the unique needs of each client within your caseload.Conduct regular home visits to monitor the quality of care and ensure compliance with company standards and state regulations.Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and their families, addressing concerns and ensuring satisfaction with our services.Coordinate schedules and assignments for caregivers assigned to clients within your caseload to ensure consistent and reliable care.Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and documentation.Collaborate with healthcare professionals and community resources to enhance the overall care experience for your clients.Participate in the recruitment and onboarding of new caregivers.What we offer:Comprehensive medical, dental, vision insurance available the 1st of the month following date of hire!Employer paid life insurance and AD&D policy!Wellness coaching, discounts, and rewards through Perks at Work!Commuter benefits!Mileage reimbursement!Unlimited PTO!Annual Health and Wellness stipend!9 observed paid holidays!401(k) with generous employer match and immediate vesting!Scholarship program!Referral bonus program!Quarterly bonuses!Flexible, hybrid scheduling!Free onsite parking!Casual Fridays!Good coffee and lots of snacks any time your in the office!Compensation: $68000k-$75000k per year, depending on experiencePosition Requirements • Must have driver license and reliable vehicle for transportation. • Must have excellent interpersonal and communication skills. • Good organizational skills. • Ability to work independently and cooperatively with others. • Ability to maintain confidentiality. • Ability to be flexible and perform work under time pressure. • Ability to collaborate with people of diversity. • Proficient in MS Office Suite, e.g. Power Point, Excel, Word, etc.; and • Bilingual is strongly preferredSupervisory Responsibilities: Provides direct supervision, training, and coaching of assigned HR coordinators, and assigned caregivers. Escalated matters of significance are referred to In Home Care Manager.Education and/or Experience: Highschool Diploma, GED or foreign equivalent required.
