Summary
The Catering Event Manager is responsible for developing and planning catered events in and around San Diego County. Works closely with the Catering Sales Managers, chefs and support teams to create the best of the best offsite events that successfully represent the UKG brand.
Responsibilities
- Overall management of offsite catering and events.
- Show a personable and professional demeanor with clients.
- Execute an event from beginning to end.
- Participate in the visual design of offsite events, including food and beverage stations.
- Help prepare and update catering event orders.
- Schedule staffing.
- Communicate with chefs on timeline and client expectations.
- Oversee, train and support onsite event team members.
- Participate in load out from our facility, set-up and breakdown, and return to our facility.
- Oversee catering inventory of small wares, decoration and equipment.
- Maintain vehicle cleanliness.
- Drive Catering vans to and from events.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with vendors.

- Ability to drive Catering vans.
Compensation : $25 - $35 per hour
