ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Comply with all company Safety and Security policies including use of Personal Protective Equipment, Job Safety Analysis, and Take 5 Safety initiatives.
Report injuries, accidents, near misses, or unsafe conditions to a Manager or Supervisor immediately.
Assembly and Disassembly of equipment in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
Follow all Quality Procedures for Preservation, Packaging, and Storage of Products
Adhere to on-call/off-call work schedule, being available on short notice around the clock and on-call week.
Carry out daily activities with the Supervisor and/or Manager to ensure the quality and quantity of work meet performance expectations as set by Management
Participate in training and cross-training within other areas to utilize labor efficiently and prevent downtime or disruption to operations.
Ensure that work areas are maintained in a neat and orderly manner at all times.
Ensure that service tool components are cleaned, oil dipped, soft assembled, and properly staged.
Assist with the loading and unloading of tool baskets.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
- High school Diploma or GED
TECHNICAL SKILLS
Knowledge of machines and tools, including their designs, uses, repair, and maintenance
Basic math skills
Computer skills needed for data entry and reporting
Understanding written statements in work-related documents
BEHAVIORAL ABILITIES
Current health, safety & environmental (HSE) training as per division training matrix (Includes both regulatory and SES required courses)
Applicable PPE gear required to complete assigned tasks
Using logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions, or approaches to problems
Ability to operate test pump and data acquisition
Ability to recognize and solve problems of a complex nature
Able to create innovative approaches to address challenging opportunities
Accurately complete/maintain necessary reports/records in a timely and legible manner, according to applicable procedures and/or work order

Commit to long hours of work when necessary to reach goals

WORK ENVIRONMENT/Physical Requirements
Standing - for extended periods without being able to leave the work area
Climbing - ladders, scaffolding, work in overhead areas, etc.
Walking - considerable distances, please indicate
Lifting - Up to 100 Lbs. minimal and occasionally
Pulling and/or pushing – frequently
Carrying - regularly carries objects in his/her arms or on the shoulder(s)
Grasping - regularly picks up objects with fingers
Reaching - regularly required to use hands and arms to reach objects
Stooping / Crouching – regularly required to bend forward by bending at the waist or by bending legs and spine
