The Technical Business Analyst will be a part of the compliance technology team in the Philadelphia area office. As a member of this team, you will be responsible for leading company efforts aroundMAR (Market Access Rule) SEC Rule 15c3-5 and managing compliance-driven projects. You will collaborate with diverse teams, interface withUS regulators , and develop tools for the oversight of financial functions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead annual audits and quarterly reviews
• Monitor emerging regulations and filings
• Interface with US regulators
• Manage compliance-driven projects

Requirements

• Minimum of 7 years of experience in a Business Analysis or Regulatory Analyst role
• MAR (Market Access Rule specialization), SEC Rule 15c3-5 (this is a mandatory requirement)
• Experience within trading companies or other financial institutions
• Working knowledge of US Regulations for equities, options, and fixed income
• Experience with US regulatory examinations and inquiries preferred
• Experience working with project tracking systems preferred; experience with Jira preferred
• Familiarity with SQL queries preferred; willingness to learn strongly preferred
• Bachelor's degree in a technical or business discipline required
