Compensation:
Compensation includes a base salary of $77,800.00 - $116,800.00. The base salary may vary within the anticipated base pay range based on factors such as the ultimate location of the position and the selected candidate's knowledge, skills, and abilities. Position may be eligible for additional compensation that may include an incentive program.

As a Senior Workday Security Analyst reporting to the Sr. Manager, Data Infrastructure & Governance, you will be a key player in our workday security initiatives. You will contribute to establishing and maintaining in evaluating, designing, and configuring security measures that protect our organizational data and ensure system continuity.
Responsibilities:
- This role involves close collaboration with functional and technical experts to ensure the integrity and continuity of our security model across Workday and interconnected systems
- Provide data governance analysis on data quality, operations, storage, reference and master data, data standards, security, vendor governance, metadata
- Help stakeholders understand the implications of key data access decisions by monitoring current and historical usage
- Troubleshoot and identify risks related to data quality, data security, and data infrastructure
- Fulfill report/analysis requests by applying accepted data governance methodologies and standards
- Work with stakeholders to grant data access based on data security standards in a variety of tools including Workday, the ODS (operational data store) and other HR platforms
- Partner with HR technology and IBT to understand data standards and data quality needs to enable requirements gathering
- Support data quality and integrity testing against governance frameworks, policies, and standards
- Participates in upgrades and provides ongoing support of Workday Security activities.
- Recommend best security practices and provide sound solutions to support end to end business processes.
- Promote continuous improvement of security processes and provide security reports to identify improvement opportunities.
- Stay current with Workday security updates, patches, and enhancements and proactively recommend improvements to enhance the security posture of the Workday
- Bachelor's degree in a related discipline and 4 years' experience in a related field. The right candidate could also have a different combination, such as a master's degree and 2 years' experience; a Ph.D. and up to 1 year of experience; or 8 years' experience in a related field
- Requires strong knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Solid understanding of Data Governance and data management capabilities, previous experience as a Data Governance Analyst a plus
- Expert level knowledge of Workday security and experience configuring domain, user and role-based security and data access policies.
- Experience in data management, including data modeling, data integration, data quality assurance, and data governance practice
- Experience in data reporting, including proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g Excel,Tableau, Power BI, Looker) and generating actionable insights from complex datasets to support decision-making processes.
- Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and collaborative skills to work effectively with teams throughout organization
- Certification in Workday Security
