Now Hiring Full-Time Talent Acquisition Specialist - Edison, NJ

Purpose : This is a full-cycle recruitment opportunity where the Talent Acquisition Specialists will develop effective sourcing strategies to attract and onboard talent and creative tactics in successfully filling job openings for the organization.

Job Description:

• Attract applicants by placing job advertisements via online platforms, internal job postings, career fairs, and other effective and appropriate venues.
• Efficiently and effectively fill open positions. Track turnaround time between open and close of positions.
• Determine applicant qualifications by prescreening and/or interviewing applicants, analyzing responses, comparing qualifications to job requirements.
• Evaluate applicants by discussing job requirements and applicant qualifications with hiring managers based on qualifications.
• Arrange management interviews, and coordinate schedules.
• Adhere to current legal guidelines for conducting interviews.
• Attend and schedule community job fairs as needed.
• Develop a pool of qualified candidates in advance of need. Maintain regular contact with possible future candidates.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelors or Associate's Degree or at least 2 years experience preferably in healthcare recruiting.
• Must be able to multitask
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Suite, various social media platforms, and other computer experience.
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Excellent level of professionalism in person and over the telephone
