Dealer Success Manager
We are seeking a talented and motivated Dealer Success Manager to join our team. The Dealer Success Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with our dealer partners to ensure their success and growth within our organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, account management, and customer service, as well as excellent communication and organizational skills.
**Automotive experience required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with our dealer partners
- Conduct regular check-ins and meetings with dealers to understand their needs and provide solutions
- Analyze dealer performance and provide insights and recommendations for improvement
- Act as a liaison between dealers and internal teams to ensure smooth communication and collaboration
- Assist dealers in onboarding and training on our products and services
- Identify opportunities for dealer growth and upsell/cross-sell additional products and services
- Handle any issues or concerns from dealers in a timely and professional manner
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments to provide informed guidance to dealers
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in sales or account management, preferably in the automotive industry
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent supervisory experience in Customer Success, Customer Support, Sales, Business Development, Account Management, or related field. Automotive industry experience a plus.
- Experience engaging with customers in a consultative role, influencing behavior changes and adoption of best practices.
- Understanding of Internet and web applications (SaaS) with a curiosity and capacity to learn new technologies.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with a diverse group of dealers
- Proficiency in Google Suite, Salesforce and various automotive CRMs
- Knowledge of automotive industry trends and best practices
