About the Role

Seeking a Regional Financial Manager, FP&A who will be actively involved in supporting the Financial Planning and Analysis team through the forecasting and budgeting process and supporting capital expenditure budget maintenance, review and cashflow forecast.

What You Will Do

Financial Planning, Reporting and Analysis

  • Work closely with the regional leadership team and business leaders to develop and provide financial metrics, data, analysis, and insights
  • Prepare monthly and quarterly Capex performance reports and present updates to senior leadership and stakeholders
  • Coordinate with relevant stakeholder on CAPEX request. Prepare analysis against initial budget, calculate return of investment (NPV impact), and generate cashflow forecast. Prepare cost analysis and assist project managers to seek budget approval
  • Prepare regular cost reports, highlighting key findings and trends for project team review
  • Leverage system and tools to maintain and monitor CAPEX budget and spend
  • Interface with department owners to understand variances between actual results and budget and prepare forecasts that include the identification of risks and opportunities
  • Partner with the accounting team through the closing process to understand actual results and report out actual vs. budget and KPIs
  • Work closely with information technology teams to develop reporting from ERP systems. Challenge processes and develop recommendations for improvements
  • Question forecasts by analyzing and interpreting data and making comparative analyses
  • Perform in-depth analysis as required, both for operational and strategic initiatives.
What You Need
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Accounting or related degree.
  • 7+ years of experience in consulting, corporate finance or business analytics preferred.
  • Strong software and systems acumen (SAP and WBS functionality experience a plus).
  • Experience conducting financial analytics and data modeling.
  • Expert in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, & Outlook)
  • Experience with FP&A software platforms
  • Experience with Excel Power Query
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, work under critical deadlines, and manage workload with little directions

Work Environment

The work environment is primarily an automated manufacturing plant with a concrete floor and is characterized by some temperature extremes, moderate noise, and forklift traffic.
