#### Role Overview:

As the Chief Information Officer, you will oversee and manage all aspects of our firm's information technology and security strategies. You will play a critical role in driving technological innovation, ensuring data security, and optimizing IT operations to support our firm's goals and objectives.

\- **Strategic IT Leadership**:

\- Develop and implement comprehensive IT strategies aligned with the firm’s business goals.

\- Lead digital transformation initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and client service.

\- Oversee the planning and execution of technology projects, ensuring they meet business requirements and deadlines.

\- **Cybersecurity and Risk Management**:

\- Establish and maintain robust cybersecurity policies and practices to protect sensitive data.

\- Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, including data protection and privacy laws.

\- Conduct regular risk assessments and implement measures to mitigate IT-related risks.

\- **Infrastructure and Systems Management**:

\- Oversee the management and maintenance of IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and software applications.

\- Ensure the reliability, security, and scalability of the firm’s IT systems.

\- Manage relationships with IT vendors and service providers.

\- **Team Leadership and Development**:

\- Lead and mentor the IT team, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.

\- Identify training and development opportunities to enhance team skills and knowledge.

\- Set performance expectations and conduct regular evaluations to ensure high performance.

\- **Client and Stakeholder Collaboration**:

\- Collaborate with legal professionals and administrative staff to understand their technology needs and provide effective solutions.

\- Communicate IT strategies and initiatives to senior management and other stakeholders.

\- Ensure the IT department delivers exceptional service and support to all users.

#### Required Qualifications:

\- Proven experience as a Chief Information Officer (CIO) at a law firm.

\- Strong knowledge of legal industry IT requirements and best practices.

\- Relevant certifications such as Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA) or Certified Information Security Officer (CISO).

\- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).

\- Extensive experience in IT management, cybersecurity, and project management.

\- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

\- Strong problem-solving abilities and a strategic mindset.

\- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
