**Job Description:**
- Provide high-quality care to patients in the Intensive Care Unit (ICU) and Progressive Care Unit (PCU).
- Work varied shifts, including both day and night rotations.
- Adapt to a fast-paced environment and respond to emergencies with a calm and efficient approach.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver patient-centric care.
- Meet performance expectations and maintain high standards of patient care.
- Utilize Electronic Medical Records (EMR) efficiently; experience with Cerner is beneficial.
- Compliance with holiday coverage as required.
- Adhere to all hospital policies and procedures.
