This is a bags-on/working supervisory position for residential remodel and T.I. projects.

Responsibilities:
- Work with the Project Manager to oversee all aspects of a construction project on site.
- Manage the project schedule.
- Allocate resources for assigned projects.
- Supervise onsite personnel and subcontractors.
- Interface with project inspectors, contractors, architects, engineers, city and county officials, and clients.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- 5+ years of previous experience in construction.
- Experience as a bags-on supervisor.
- Experience reviewing subcontractor scopes.
- Experience running TIs is a plus.
- Experience building ADUs is a plus.

Schedule: Monday-Friday
- Start Time: 6:00am-9:00am depending on project.
- End Time: 3:00pm-6:00pm depending on project.
