Role and Responsibilities:
- Assist in driving a world class and best in category restaurant operation
- Continue to grow, develop and train a high-performance team
- Actively find sustainable growth opportunities for the business
- Be an ambassador and champion of team culture and guest experience
- Leading to achieve and maintain the highest level of standards across all departments throughout all points of service
- Open and Close of business, cash reconciliation, tip-pool reconciliation and reporting
- Delegation of FOH opening and closing checklists, as well as daily positions
- Ensure staffing levels are accurate and sustainable
- Ensure Venue Ambience and Presentation are aligned with the venue’s conceptual vision
- Maintain DOH and SLA compliance at all times
- Connect and collaborate with all members of the Chinese Tuxedo leadership team on all operations
- Train and develop all frontline FOH staff team members
- Manage performance issues and mediate disputes internally
- Ensure the health, safety and welfare of all employees
- Allocate sufficient resources for the practicable elimination or control of workplace hazards/associated risks in order to maintain a safe working environment and safe systems of work.
- Promptly and effectively deal with occupational injury and illness through active involvement in the return-to-work process. All incidents to be investigated and corrective action implemented.
