SENIOR NATIONAL ACCOUNT SALES MANAGER

Our client is a leading provider of consumer, business-to-business, and industrial digital imaging solutions to the United States, Latin America, and the Caribbean markets.

They are currently seeking a Senior National Account Sales Manager, with 4 direct reports, responsible for managing all imaging products within the National Accounts Sales Group.

Main Responsibilities

  • Provide clear direction, support, and daily management of NA Account Executives to ensure that all goals are achieved.
  • Collaborate with Senior Management to develop channel strategies and processes to expand their National Account business within both established and new partners.
  • Attain monthly sales revenue and quota
  • Work across teams/departments to maximize synergies within the organization, manage group deadlines, goals, and budgets
  • Lead, manage, motivate, and support each team member to help them achieve their respective monthly quotas
  • Develop and implement programs to drive sales and increase market share
  • Define strategies to increase sales with key decision makers in assigned accounts

Main Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience required
  • 8+ years of overall related experience along with 3 years of direct report management of regular full-time employees
  • Experience in Sales Management and knowledge of National Accounts
  • Sales experience into national big box retailers is required
  • In depth process knowledge to manage National Accounts effectively and efficiently
  • Ability to lead others through change and can manage through resistance
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced, changing environment
  • Analytical approach in identifying opportunities
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Proven experience in managing, motivating, and training a sales team
  • This position works remotely from a home office located near a major metropolitan city/airport and requires overnight travel to support our National Account partners
  • Ability to travel up to 50% nationwide
  • Individual must possess a clean valid state driver's license to obtain the position
