As a key member of the Surgical Division, you will play an integral part in helping Enovis drive the medical technology industry forward through transforming patient care and creating better patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  1. The Region Manager of Sales is responsible for leading the team to achieve maximum sales for the region and overall profitability for the organization. This position requires proven ability to lead, coach, drive team performance and accountability with proven skills in managing and developing a sales team.
  2. Builds, develops, and manages a sales team capable of carrying out needed sales and service initiatives.
  3. Manages all Distribution relationships in all aspects including Forecasting, Quotas, and Goal attainment. Responsible for weekly, monthly, and quarterly forecasting for all portfolio. Demonstrated ability and desire to train, develop, evaluate, and supervise team members.
  4. Assists with sales quota development and attainment.
  5. Monitors progress against specific objectives and implements course correction where necessary.
  6. Leverages and drives best-in-class usage of SalesForce (CRM) and other tracking tools to ensure continuous alignment of team members on vision and goals for the region.
  7. Directs implementation and execution of sales policies and practices.
  8. Maintains overall responsibility for personnel issues, including hiring, terminations, employee performance appraisals, succession planning, identifying training needs and professional development.
  9. Performs other related duties as assigned.

Minimum Basic Qualifications

  1. Bachelor's degree required. MBA preferred.
  2. 3+ years sales experience with medical device company required.
  3. Willing to work with cadaver specimens.
  4. Knowledge of surgical orthopedics and/or arthroscopy.
  5. Skilled in working with different functions and effectively coordinates their activities to achieve desired results.
  6. Excellent listening skills, including the ability to identify and isolate customers concerns or objections, in addition to excellent written and oral communication skills.
  7. Strong relationship building skills desired.
