Field Claims Representative
We are seeking Field Claims Representatives to investigate and evaluate multi-line insurance claims through personal contact to ensure accurate settlements. This role involves completing thorough claim investigations, interviewing insureds, claimants, and witnesses, evaluating claim facts and policy coverage, and providing superior customer service. Candidates should be available and communicative during regular business hours, possess excellent communication and organizational skills, and hold a valid driver's license. For an entry-level position, a bachelor's degree is preferred, while experienced representatives should have one or more years of claims handling experience.
