Nelson Mazda is looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our team!  We are looking for candidates with a great work ethic, self discipline, excellent communication skills(written and verbal), ability to multitask for long periods of time and a high level of professionalism. We are looking for someone who is positive, joyful, and passionate about maintaining customer satisfaction!

The job duties for this position are as follows:

  • Managing the follow up process
  • Efficiently using CRM 
  • Answering phones and booking appointments
  • Confirming next day appointments
  • Completing daily task sheet in a timely manner
  • Assign leads as they come in
  • Making follow up calls to make sure our guests had an amazing experience after their recent service visit

Compensation:

  • $20/hour based on experience
  • 5 day work schedule (including Saturdays)
