What You'll Do

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Director of Publisher Success to join our Supply team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing relationships with our Publisher partners, ensuring they maximize their revenue potential and overall satisfaction with our platform. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to drive success for our publishers and help them navigate the complexities of the digital advertising landscape.


  • Facilitate the onboarding process for new publishers, working collaboratively with our Business Development team to ensure a smooth transition and full integration with our platform
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with publisher partners, with a primary focus on healthcare endemic publications
  • Monitor and analyse publisher performance metrics , providing insights and recommendations to optimize revenue and improve engagement
  • Collaborate with publishers to develop tailored strategies for monetization, audience growth, and inventory management
  • Gather feedback from publishers regarding platform features and performance, and collaborate with product and engineering teams to address issues and enhance our offering
  • Proactively identify and resolve any issues or concerns that may arise, ensuring a positive experience for publishers
  • Develop and maintain a strong understanding of industry trends , marketing technologies, advertising, supply monetization and competitive landscape to provide strategic insights to publishers



Who You Are

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years of experience in publisher management , account management , AdOps, PubOps, or a similar role in the AdTech industry
  • Experience in the healthcare /pharmaceutical space is a bonus
  • Strong understanding of digital advertising , programmatic advertising, and monetization strategies
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders
  • Analytical mindset with proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques
  • Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to addressing challenges
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Familiarity with Google Ad Manager is a plus
