As a Product Sales Specialist focused on Mobile products, you'll drive clients to make the best technology decisions to solve their mobile-related challenges. You thrive on fostering a dynamic and well-integrated account relationship structure to ensure your long-term success. Your expertise in all leading mobile carrier products enables you to engage our customer IT evaluation teams and recommend appropriate smartphone, data-only, IoT, WWAN, and other emerging mobile solutions to vCom clients.

In your first month, you’ll:

  1. Shadow other team members to gain exposure to the day-to-day roles and responsibilities.
  2. Complete vManager software and technology training.
  3. Get to know the organization and the people in it.
  4. Partner with existing account teams and customer base.

In your first 3 months, you’ll:

  1. Learn by doing and asking lots of great questions.
  2. Establish connection and build rapport with your account contacts.
  3. Lead customer and client discovery meetings and present solutions.

In your first 6 months, you’ll:

  1. Begin to feel like you’ve mastered the basics of the role.
  2. Deepen relationships with your account contacts.
  3. Feel fully ingrained in your accounts.

What You’ll Do:

  1. Engage with existing customers and drive revenue associated with mobile technologies.
  2. Partner with the Account Executive Team and other members of the Technology Solutions Group to develop a complete technology roadmap for every vCom customer.
  3. Develop deep relationships with existing customer IT and Finance Teams.
  4. Attend on-site customer meetings and present mobile solutions to C-Level/Decision Makers.
  5. Generate opportunities, qualify prospects, sell solutions, and close complex sales opportunities within the vCom customer base.
  6. Drive awareness of available mobile carriers and solutions with existing customers.
  7. Identify and develop effective sales strategies.
  8. Meet and beat all quarterly and annual sales targets.
  9. Drive new mobile product concepts to customers.
  10. Own the related sales cycles from introduction to close.
  11. Maintain account and opportunity forecasting within our internal SFA/OSS system.
  12. Function as technical liaison and ambassador between all key solution providers and our clients.
  13. Stay abreast of competition, competitive issues, and products.
  14. Conduct knowledge transfers with various parts of the organization.

What You’ll Bring:

  1. 2+ years of mobile product sales experience in a B2B environment.
  2. 3+ years of Mid-Market to Enterprise solution sales experience.
  3. A proven master of the mobile industry landscape.
  4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in fast-paced, rapidly changing environments.
  5. Experience selling at the “C” level.

It's also helpful if you've got:

  1. BS or BA preferred or equivalent work experience with demonstrated proficiency.

Compensation:

  1. Annual salary range: $75,000-$95,000.
  2. Annual commission potential: $75,000-$95,000.
  3. vCom offers a comprehensive benefits package to full-time employees.

Travel:

  1. Approximately 30% travel, monthly.

The Selection Process:

  4. Once the assessments are completed, candidates will participate in a pre-screening phone screen with Human Resources.
