Job Title: Lab TechnicianJob DescriptionThe lab technician will prepare paper test specimens of various sizes and shapes using different cutting and punching equipment, and operate test instruments to measure paper properties such as thickness, roughness, porosity, and strength. The technician will record their test results and issue reports using Excel spreadsheets. The technician will work safely at all times, helping to maintain good housekeeping, in a high sample throughput paper testing laboratory.
