Job Description:

The Client Solutions Manager will report to the Director of Client Solutions, working collaboratively and cross-functionally with Sales, Client Operations, Analytics, Technology, and members of the Leadership team. This individual will serve as the lead for high-profile and custom programs and serve as a subject matter expert internally and externally.

Objectives and Responsibilities:

  1. Manage custom Skipta digital programs independently, including technical and operational aspects of such programs, with a focus on superior customer service.
  2. Work closely with senior team members to master and improve client programs and performance.
  3. Evaluate programs with a strategic lens and identify areas for improvement; work cross-functionally to optimize program performance and enhance client interactions with precise campaign strategy.
  4. Consolidate program learnings and create recommendations to share with Director & Sales.
  5. Serve as the subject matter expert (SME) on matters of campaign execution and educate partners on company services, customizable offerings, and effective med/legal/regulatory (MLR) approval strategies that align with brand objectives.
  6. Assist the Director of Client Solutions in creating strategies for increased client retention.
  7. Demonstrate leadership qualities daily and be actively engaged with the team; maintain a positive attitude when faced with challenges and solution-focused.

Desired Skills and Expertise:

  1. 5+ years’ experience working in a client-facing or client support role with a proven track record of success managing multi-faced programs.
  2. Pharmaceutical industry knowledge.
  3. Digital Marketing knowledge.
  4. Excellent writing and editing skills in English.
  5. Self-starter with the ability to understand and set priorities, manage multiple tasks simultaneously, and design work plans to track progress, resolve issues, and efficiently and effectively see tasks to completion.
  6. Medical Legal Review (MLR) submission experience is a plus.
  7. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  8. Experience with online marketing and marketing analytics.
  9. Results-driven, able to self-direct and work independently in a virtual work environment.
  10. Flexible and able to easily adapt to rapidly changing priorities and responsibilities.
  11. Ability to facilitate communication across lines of business within an organization.
  12. Strong organizational, analytical, interpersonal, and leadership skills.

This role is 100% remote with minimal travel for client meetings and quarterly company meetings. East coast is preferred but not required.

Job Type: Full Time

The expected base salary for this position ranges from $75,000 to $95,000. It is not typical for offers to be made at or near the top of the range. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, and, where applicable, licensure or certifications obtained. Market and organizational factors are also considered. In addition to base salary and a competitive benefits package, successful candidates are eligible to receive a discretionary bonus.
