Pay: $22/hr
As a CNC Programmer, you will create program files for CNC routers and waterjet tables to cut metal and plastic parts. This position requires strong attention to detail and a solid understanding of CNC software, signage fabrication, and production processes.
Essential Responsibilities:
- Program signage parts using CNC software for accurate and efficient production.
- Read and interpret job tickets to prepare files for CNC routing.
- Manage multiple projects to ensure timely delivery and quality standards.
- Prepare production files for large-format printers and ensure color accuracy.
- Inspect files for accuracy before production.
- Maintain records of production work and assist in troubleshooting issues.
- Utilize design software (Corel Draw, FlexiSign, Adobe Illustrator, etc.) to edit production files.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- 1-2 years of experience in the signage industry, with knowledge of CNC programming and production processes.
- Proficiency in pre-production file preparation using CorelDRAW or Adobe Illustrator.
- Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to ensure production readiness.
- Excellent communication skills and teamwork capability.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 10 pounds.
- Moderate noise levels in the work environment.
