Outstanding opportunity for 5+ year attorney to join premier NASDAQ biotech company in Transactions and Contracting Counsel role. Reporting directly to the CLO, this attorney will be responsible for managing the contracting process for a broad range of agreements including confidentiality agreements, CDMO’s, supply and service agreements, statements of work, quality agreements and all other relevant agreements. In addition, as a key member of a small and collaborative legal team, this attorney will have the opportunity to assist in an array of legal matters. Terrific growth opportunity! (Hybrid)
