Strong people skills to work cross functionally across multiple organizations is critical to success in this role.LocationThis is a remote opportunity open to candidates located anywhere in the U.S.The Main ResponsibilitiesCampaign performance analysis and reporting for digital programs including (but not limited to): programmatic display advertising, paid social advertising, paid search advertising, content syndication, ABM (account-based marketing) with Demandbase, and more. You will build PowerPoint slides to report results monthly.Strong partnership with lead generation team working collaboratively to build reporting that measures daily, weekly, monthly impacts of paid media on inbound calling, chat, or form fills and how those impacts are influencing revenue.Partner cross-functionally to provide data that will be used to build standardized campaign tracking dashboards using Salesforce and/or Tableau pulling in data from multiple platforms.Effectively communicate campaign performance to internal stakeholders.What We Look For in a Candidate2-4 years of relevant digital marketing experienceDigital advertising certifications, internships, and/or college-level course work.Strong reporting and data analysis skills.High attention to detail.Must be self-driven and initiative-taking with a "can-do" attitude. You are eager to learn new skills and have the capacity for self-teaching using e-learning resources.High proficiency in Excel.Strong organization, presentation, writing and oral communication skills. Must be able to analyze quantitative data then translate data into results to be presented clearly and concisely to stakeholders.Excellent time management skills.
