JOB DESCRIPTIONPosition Type :Full timeType Of Hire :Experienced (relevant combo of work and education)Education Desired :Bachelor of Commerce/BusinessTravel Percentage :0%Process assigned tasks for retirement plan administrationTypical processing could include any of the following: indicative, enrollment, contribution, distribution or other necessary activity for Defined Benefits and Defined Contribution PlansTypical systems utilized could include FIS workflow software, FIS financial record keeping software, participant and sponsor facing websites and other business applications as necessaryConsistently meet or exceed target goals for SLA parameters of TAT, productivity, quality, etc.Communicate and follow-up with internal/ external customers via phone or email for assignmentsReview, research and provide feedback on discrepancies for assigned processesLearn complex ideas and processes and follow all related Standard Operating Procedures (SOP)Participate in team meetingsComplete and remain committed to ongoing training and developmentMust abide by all security requirements and must abide by FIS policies including attendance, compliance, etc.Minimum Qualifications0-1 year of Industry experience primarily in Retirement or Financial DomainAbility to understand, learn and follow detailed proceduresExcellent customer service and interpersonal skillsExcellent oral and written communication and articulation skillsProficiency with working on a computer and good keyboard skillsWorking knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel is required and Microsoft Powerpoint is desirableStrong research and analytical skills and attention to detailWillingness to learn and perform additional tasksA positive attitude and the ability to work in a team environment and adapt to change is essentialMust be a self-starter with the ability to multi-task and meet deadlinesMust be dependable and flexible, with the ability to shifts and/ or overtime hours when necessaryDesired QualificationsFamiliarity with financial terminology.
