Caldera Medical is seeking an Office Manager to join our amazing team in supporting our mission to Improve the Quality of life for Women. The Office Coordinator position supports the business with responsibilities including but not limited to, stocking office supplies, building management, assisting the Executive team in various projects and more. Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Manage all aspects of upstream activities and downstream content creation including collecting voice of customer, defining user needs, develop strategic pipeline roadmap, participating in agile development teams
  • Launch new products including defining segmenting, targeting, positioning, developing strategies and executing programs to drive market share
  • Conduct competitive analysis, developing content for sales tools, equipping field sales team and physicians with product, procedure, and clinical knowledge
  • Build relationships with KOLs, managing partnership with OEM partners and providing KPI visibility to executives
  • Other projects as assigned


    Desired Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
  • Bachelors Degree
  • Experience leading at least one product launch
  • 4+ years in medical device product management in $50M-$300M business
  • Proven ability to lead team and work in a highly collaborative environment
  • Must be self-motivated and results driven
  • Ability to resolve conflict
  • High customer empathy
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with cross-functional executive level leaders
  • Detail oriented, self-organized, and capable of simultaneously prioritizing multiple efforts
  • Highly passionate about design details and delivering clinical value
  • Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
  • Ability to work with large data sets for analysis and interpretation of businesses results
  • Ability to travel up to 25%
