What You Will Be Working On:

As a Data Analyst at cove.tool, you are pivotal in guiding strategic decisions with your data-driven insights. In this role, you manage and analyze cove.tool’s data with a focus across marketing, sales, customer success, and finance to support go-to-market strategy. Your expertise in systems like HubSpot CRM ensures data integrity and reveals significant trends. Your analysis not only supports cross-departmental collaboration but also enhances financial planning and operational efficiency, making you a crucial contributor to the company's growth and decision-making processes.


  1. Data Management: Ensure accuracy and relevance within the company’s key systems including HubSpot CRM, Stripe, and other data systems.
  2. Analysis and Reporting: Analyze trends and create comprehensive reports and dashboards for various team KPIs.
  3. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with marketing, sales, customer success, and finance to meet their data needs.
  4. Financial Analysis: Support budgeting, forecasting, and contribute to financial decision-making.
  5. Process Improvement: Lead automation and enhancements for better data quality and reporting.
  6. Data Trend Analysis: Support strategic decisions in marketing, sales, and finance through data trend analysis.
  7. Insights Delivery: Provide actionable insights from data analysis to improve efficiency and effectiveness in various departments.
  8. Workflow Optimization: Assist in managing and optimizing data processes and workflows.
  9. Project Involvement: Engage in projects to improve operational efficiency across departments.

Required Experience and Competencies:

  1. Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Information Systems, or a related field.
  2. 2-4 years of experience in data analysis, preferably with experience in CRM systems like HubSpot.
  3. Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Excel, BI tools) and understanding of financial data analysis.
  4. Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
  5. Ability to work independently and as part of a multi-disciplinary team in a fast-paced environment.
