We are looking for a Director of Sales, Mass Market Segment to join our dynamic sales organization.

POSITION OVERVIEW:

Sales Director, Mass Market will meet/exceed our revenue growth and DIT objectives. Responsibilities include developing sales and DIT growth strategies, tactics and action plans. Successful execution of these strategies is required to achieve the financial targets. Duties will include building up the highly motivated sales team, hitting sales and DIT targets (Quarterly/Half-Year/Annual), building relationships and understanding customer trends.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  1. Owning and hitting/exceeding regional sales and DIT targets (Quarterly/Half-Year/Annual) to support regional growth plan
  2. Developing and executing strategic plan (key accounts, market segments, mass market) to achieve/exceed sales and DIT targets
  3. Defining and executing the gap closure plan to achieve the targets whenever there will be the gap risk.
  4. Building, motivating, and maintaining strong, winning sales teams
  5. Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting customer relationships
  6. Partnering with key customers and distribution to understand their business needs and objectives
  7. Effectively communicating the value proposition through proposals and presentations
  8. Thoroughly understanding standard product market landscapes, trends, and competitions

Skills / Competencies:
  1. Hard Skills:
    • Detailed technical understanding of Automotive applications is a plus
    • Solid experience to promote standard-/ commodity products
  2. Soft Skills:
    • Entrepreneurial thinking, result oriented, customer focused
    • Team player with hands-on mentality
    • Proven track record in working in multicultural/international teams
    • Ability to communicate, present and influence all levels of the organization, including executive and C-level
    • Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close, especially drive through the action plan.
    • Proven ability to position products against competitors
    • Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills
    • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
    • Willingness to travel frequently

JOB SPECIFICATIONS:
  1. Bachelors/Master in Electrical Engineering or related field
  2. Proven and track record sales head experience, leading and motivate the team to meet or exceed targets
  3. 10+ years’ experience as a sales executive, sales manager or sales and marketing director
